What are your working hours?
Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time.
How long are your one-on-one sessions?
Sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes.
How much do you charge?
I curate sessions for each client, so to receive exact pricing, we’ll need to identify your needs on a call.
Do you offer sliding scales?
Sliding scales are on a case-by-case basis, and a limited number are available per quarter. Feel free to inquire about sliding scales on your 15-minute consult.
How do I get started?
Schedule a 15-minute call to get started or reach out at (424) 245-5059. After that, we can determine together the next step to take.
Are you offering digital sessions?
Yes, I conduct digital sessions via Zoom.
If I miss an appointment, will I be slapped with a ridiculous fee?
Nope, no slapping involved here. Things come up, and as long as you communicate, we can work to get you back on schedule.
I know I need support, but I’m so freaking scared of change! What do I do?
Change! Yep, if you’re scared of change, the best thing is to take one change-action step. After you take that step, you can exhale and do a Lil Dance because change feels sooo good once it’s DONE. Your action step, in this case, is to make a straightforward call – direct to (424) 245-5059.
What are your credentials and training?

I have Board-Certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Life & Success Coaching. I also have certifications as a Time Techniques Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner. Finally, I have a Master of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University.

I received Movement, Body Training from MXAT in Moscow, Russia, Energy Healing Training by World-Renowned Teacher Jeffrey Allen, and Diversity & Inclusion Training from Northern Illinois University.

I keep seeing this word, ‘Energy’ on your site. Umm, what is that?

Simple Answer: It’s the resource you utilize right now (body and mind) to read this page.

Longer Answer: Action requires energy, but so do thoughts, emotions, and even dreams. By looking at this power source (energy), you can understand a lot. If you’ve ever said, “Man, I feel tired, my energy has been low this week,” and you weren’t speaking about feeling malnourished, then you’ve already acknowledged this power source.

Do you help people with weight loss as well?

I get quite a few referrals for weight loss. Usually, people get to a point where they want to understand the triggers that may control their eating habits or lifestyle choices.

Being a busy entrepreneur or corporate professional sometimes leaves little room for self, and we can change that. Much of my work entails disconnecting from trauma or habits that no longer serve you. Anyone experiencing struggle in this area is encouraged to reach out.

What if I’m not super-spiritual, religious, or into any of the woo-woo stuff? Am I a good fit?
You’re a perfect fit. There are no prerequisites for wanting to heal or desiring mind-body wellness. Woo-woo aside, all you need is willingness.
