Welcome Queen,

In seconds the world drastically changed in 2019.

But if we examine it closely, it didn’t happen in seconds. The changes were occurring globally and slowly became something we had to face on the homefront…

But I’d even say, it existed on the homefront for some time…

It’s bigger than COVID…

The mental health crisis women have experienced (due to lack of support + too many responsibilities being placed on one person), has existed for too long…

It often is the grandmothers that are the glue to the family.

It’s often the mothers who care and nurture the children.

It’s often the women who keep the churches, temples, and schools running (the actual tending, administration, and planning).

It’s often the women who not only neglect their own health, but advocate for the health of their brothers, children, spouses, and family members.

When do you get a break?

The truth is many women didn’t become overwhelmed during 2019, because many of us already were…

I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to keep that up.

Teacher, mother, accountant, CEO, house cleaner, friend, glue, advisor, nurse, doctor, sister, janitor, minister, helper, holder, hand-holder, generational wealth builder, spouse, etc…

Wearing all these hats simultaneously is what keeps you from caring for yourself…

And you may have been doing it for so long, you’re unaware.

Unaware how to stop…

How does life keep going, if you’re no longer pushing the propeller?

Let me say this with all the love in my heart, “When a woman is in a traumatized state, she believes in her mind that if she stops moving, everything will stop around her.”

It’s just not true.

I’d like to pull you out of this state.

This state keeps us in a never ending cycle.

When you break that cycle, there’s a peace there you likely may never have experienced before.

I want to help guide you to that place. I’ve taken the journey myself and think you should too.

There’s freedom, joy, and power where there’s peace of mind and I can help you get there.

I’m booked into the next week, but if you schedule now, there are a few spots left.
